Fond memories and gentle goodbyes.  Someone refresh my memory - wasn't it John and Don who switched classes during Crazy Days in junior high and they got away with it until one was in typing and the other in Spanish and neither could fake those classes.  We've lost too many good ones this year.  The rest of you--take care of yourselves!

To respond to Betsy Rambo Tannich:  That sounds just like John and Don, especially since they started early in elementary school (see my post) and it seems that I do vaguely remember the jr. high incident, too!  I loved their sense of humor and adventure!

Such sad sad news about John!!!! My memories of John & Don are some of the coolest dudes in school!!!  It was so much fun taking over their paper route, and church trips to the White Sands!!!!  Always laughing about what we all got away with!!! Great music that will always live on, and memories that will fill our hearts forever!!

To Don and the rest of John's family - My thoughts, prayers and deep condolences are sent your way.  I pray that the memories of the good times shared will bring you peace in the days to come.  To Don ... I cannot even imagine the pain of losing your twin - that other half of your heart that is so hard to explain but you know is so real.  Know that you can always find him in that special place - that will never go away!

My best to each of you,

Debbie Hobart Hamilton

Oh no, it cannot be!  I'm so sorry for the Price family and especialy Don.  Don and John were indeed, as many have said already, just the cutest, the handsomest, and the coolest guys!  And also kind. May John play heavenly music for the angels now.  My condolences especially to Don.  Losing a sibling is hard, but I cannot imagine losing one's twin soul.

I'm in shock!  I just found out today.  It is so sad.  I always thought the Price twins were so cool back in school, not to mention handsome too.  Those were good times, happy times.  Rest in peace big buddy.  Heaven has a new saint.  My condolences to his family, Don and all their loved ones.  God bless you!!!!

I am so sadden to hear this news of John passing.  I have so many memories of the twins from

Heights elementary through graduation.  They were always trading places in class so one could take a

test for the other.  We all knew, but the teachers didn't.  The summers  always included the twins in

some sort of antic, all the neighborhood kids falling for the latest, usually trouble making scheme.

My heart goes out to his family and especially Don...go in peace dear John.  We will miss you.

I know you don't remember me, but I was married to Don Fish, twin brother to Ron Fish. Don use to talk about you and Jon a lot because you and Jon were one of the few twins at Alamogordo High. My prayers go out to you and your family and I know Jon will be missed!  I have lost a Mom to copd and my sister has it also. It's a terrible disease and to help a loved one through it deserves an amount of gratitude and praise. I pray for your family and hope that the healing process will be easy and peacefull.  Jayne Fish (Schoenmeyer)

I only remember John as a very sweet person who wowed people with his personality and sweetness. I never was a close friend, but remembered he was kind.  Your music was awesome your personality was the same. God bless your soul fellow classmate.  God be with family for they are the ones who suffer, beleive me I know.
